  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping methods and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship within US & CA.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email.

International Shipping:

  • For international orders, please note that customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
  • Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing or Damaged Shipments:

  • While we take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and accurately, Polished Crowns is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
  • If your shipment is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and seek resolution.
  • We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address.
  • If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, any issues related to delivery, including lost or damaged packages, should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
  • Polished Crowns will not be liable for any financial losses or replacement of items for claims of non-delivery or damage, as it is beyond our control once the package is in transit.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, lace still in tack, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@polishedcrowns.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1000 Mill Road, Ronkonkoma, N.y, 11779

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as custom wigs, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom wigs, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
